Recognition & praise - a magic tool

In Monika’s experience, recognition and praise are key factors in healthy and successful companies, non-profits and even community and family groups. The importance of recognition and praise is often undervalued.
During this session we’ll discover why recognition is crucially important and how we can all benefit from using it. We’ll look at individuals and teams, the difference between non-profits and companies, and why praise is a “magic tool” for Toastmasters.
